Clinical Applications Team
Decoding health mysteries, one dataset at a time!
The Clinical Applications Team at SaeysLab is at the forefront of integrating single-cell research into cutting-edge clinical research.
Our focus is twofold:
First, we specialize in algorithm development, creating essential tools for cytometry and single-cell transcriptomics analysis such as PeacoQC, CytoNorm and FlowSOM.
Secondly, we foster close collaborations with clinicians to design and implement complex yet interpretable analysis pipelines. These collaborations extend to studying a range of diseases, including primary immunodeficiencies (PID), acute myeloid leukemia (AML), and non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC). Our ultimate objective is to translate these sophisticated pipelines into clinical practice, where they can make a tangible difference in patient care and outcomes.
